Motorizo is a motors, meets and marketplace app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how users can contact us about privacy or account deletion.

Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, user ID and optional phone number.
- Profile information such as county, location, bio, vehicle preferences and social links when provided.
- User-generated content such as posts, comments, club content, event details, garage vehicles and marketplace listings.
- Photos uploaded by users for profiles, garage vehicles, clubs, events and marketplace listings.
- In-app messages or chat content where users use communication features.
- Approximate location information such as county, city, event location or marketplace listing location when provided.
- Purchase and subscription status from Google Play Billing and RevenueCat so premium access can be activated.
- Device identifiers or push notification tokens for app notifications.
- Diagnostics and app performance information used to maintain and improve the app.
How we use information
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To provide app features such as events, garage, clubs, marketplace, chat, notifications and premium access.
- To process support, safety, moderation, account deletion and privacy requests.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, spam and security issues.
- To improve app stability and functionality.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Some information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, image hosting, email delivery, push notifications, Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. User content may be visible to other app users depending on the feature and user settings.
Payments
Premium subscriptions are handled by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. Motorizo does not collect or store card numbers. We receive purchase/subscription status to activate or manage premium features.
Security
Data is transmitted using HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data.
Account deletion and data requests
Users can request account deletion or data deletion from inside the app or by email.
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud-prevention, payment processing or dispute resolution requirements.
Children
Motorizo is intended for users aged 18 or older. The app is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page.
